The following are some examples of the
artwork along the "Mural Mile." This is an approximately mile-long
stretch of floodwalls along the Mississippi, just south of the Arch (we
were able to walk there from the Arch). Every year, the city invites
graffiti artists from around the country to come and paint the walls in
an event known as "Paint Louis." I am not sure how long it has been
going on, but I know it's been at least 5 years.
